The ocean view was breathtaking the tranquil atmosphere allowed for much-needed relaxation. Staff were incredibly attentive and arranged delightful local experiences like whale watching.

Unfortunately, the restaurant service was inconsistent and at times frustrating leading to delays in receiving orders.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its infinity pool, free Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. On my first visit, they helped me order local food, which I still remember fondly. I can't wait to return for another city break!

It was just a proper fit for a weekend breather in Samana with fantastic value for money. The spacious suites had a unique charm that reminded me of classic hotels from the past. Make sure to try the breakfast. it's really good.

I had a fantastic stay with breathtaking ocean views from my room, and I really appreciated the variety of pools and activities available, like snorkeling and kayaking. The staff were incredibly friendly, adding warmth to our experience, especially Yelaine at reception who offered helpful recommendations. The only downside was that the electrical outlets in the room needed some attention. otherwise, it was a memorable trip.

Woke up to refreshing ocean breezes and enjoyed serene evenings overlooking the beautiful bay. The staff was attentive and truly cared about our comfort.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was outdated, and the wifi barely reached our room, which was frustrating when we needed to check in with family.

The Bannister Hotel has amazing views of the marina and Samana Bay. My ocean view room was spacious, clean, and exactly what I hoped for. I loved the pools, perfect for relaxing after exploring. However, hot water was a constant issue. I dealt with cold showers for my entire stay, which was frustrating. The service at the restaurant needs serious improvement. I faced long waits for orders, and the staff seemed inexperienced. Breakfast was decent, but dinner was a letdown. They often ran out of menu items, which made dining disappointing. Despite the beautiful property, the lack of attention to service and amenities really impacted my overall enjoyment.
